Event Scheduling Module
Even in the smallest of churches, there will always be a million things happening at once. What better way to keep everything
organized than integrating your organization's busy schedule into PowerChurch Plus! The Events module allows you to keep track of
upcoming events, such as potlucks, worship services, choir rehearsals, or virtually anything else you have going on. You can reserve
rooms, schedule equipment, as well as assign related tasks, such as set-up and teardown, to individuals in the Membership module.
What can it do for you?
- Schedule one time or recurring events
- Events can be "Church-wide" or for members of specific Activities and Skills
- Reserve rooms and equipment (from the Equipment Inventory module)
- Assign related tasks to individuals (from the Membership module)
- Generate Event Calendars for your web site or word processor
