How It Works
All PhoneTree® systems are based on the same technology - just import or create your calling list, record your message and start calling! PhoneTree® remembers to call back when it reaches a busy signal or a no-answer, and it "waits for the beep" when it gets an answering machine. And, PhoneTree® automatically saves the status of each call for your records.
As a PowerChurch Software customer you'll be glad to know that PowerChurch Plus and PhoneTree® integrate to provide easy access to group information. Just define the group you wish to call, create a "Phone Dialer File" in PowerChurch Plus, start PhoneTree® and import this list. There is no need to manage a seperate list of phone numbers or who belongs to which group - PowerChurch Plus already does this for you.
