Support Policies and Holiday Schedule
Technical Support is a paid service of PowerChurch Software.

A free technical support period is provided with the purchase of the program. 90 days are provided with the initial program purchase and 45 days are provided with the purchase of an update.

These free periods of support do not begin until the first support call or e-mail. After any available support period expires, there is the option of either paying for technical support on a per call basis which is $30 (US) or signing up for a 6 month support subscription which is only $124 (US). The per call option includes a week of free follow-up on the same support issue, but the 6 month support option allows you to call as often as needed during the 6 month period. Please note that phone and e-mail support both fall under these terms.
